This COMPUTER WEEKLY NEWS story (Sept 11) reports on New York State's rule: no new computers until the old ones are repaired. (See the Governor's executive order, which I posted on August 27 on this site.)

The article ends with a summary of Corporation 2000's summary of bad things that could happen in New York City in 2000. I regard the list as overly optimistic.
