Of all government systems, the Department of Defense is the most heavily computerized. Its systems are among the least organized. Read this article to discover just how disorganized. How can they repair the entire system and test it in time, and then repair and test the errors? They can't. They won't.

Then what?

If industry spends $300 to $600 billion to repair their systems (this will not happen, of course), but the West's defense systems crash, what good was the repair money spent by industry?
