If these really happen on that day, they will happen on successive days for ??? days.
These are clever. Read the whole list.
The important fact is this: y2k is still background noise. But stories like this in the press will move it from background noise to bothersome concern. Then to a detailed investigation. Then to widespread discussion. Then to panic.
When it hits the panic stage, you had better be where you want to be, with whatever you need for ??? days (months, years) in your barn.
