Self-admitted optimist Dr. Ed Yardeni says he is growing more pessimistic about y2k. In his September 15 paper for Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, he cites several of the documents I have posted on this site. He mentions this site in footnote 4. His assessment is less apocalyptic than mine, but given his prediction last June -- Dow at 15,000 in 2005 -- he is now moving in the opposite direction. He now sees a 35% chance of a mild global recession in 2000.
