This document is a classic bureaucratic response to a problem: send out more forms. Check out page 11: the list of reports on what will happen to the state if the y2k repair fails. As if anyone could figure this out! But the fact that the document does ask these questions indicates that the senior y2k repair staff is not sure that the repair will be accomplished.
Any suggestion of this state's y2k compliance is ridiculous. If the problem were fixed, this long bureaucratic document would not be necessary.
